Teaching is still considered a "noble vocation" and a "social service." Teachers recognize and comprehend the significance of their role in moulding the nation's future. Furthermore, the need of customizing teaching approaches to students' learning abilities is becoming more widely recognized. Slowly but steadily, the picture of the teacher as someone who encourages learning rather than simply conveys knowledge to students is forming in their minds.
For effective instruction of the curriculum, teachers have to design activities that are fun and useful, diverse the teaching methods that approach every student. Build a socially-just classroom that is fair to all students because what establishes high standards of learning in a class is fairness but not equity. There are no fast formulas or recipes, teachers should not jump to a conclusion of principles based on research that will work all the time, for all students, or in all settings. Instead, teaching and learning are very situational. What works with one group of students, in one setting will not necessarily work with another group someplace else.
Many teachers overwhelm the students with rules and facts that make them fall into the coverage-sin. Education must not be superficial; every material should be understood deeply so that it will become enduring. To do so, a teacher has to induce thinking this can be done by using essential questions at each lesson. By using these questions, students' attention will be grabbed into the topic, and they will critically think about the questions being exposed to find the solution.

Not every teacher is a role model, since there are lots of teachers out there but still you find some who are not proficient in their own proficiency and still need a lot to learn not in the educational knowledgeable field, but in the way they interact and react with their students.
